We provide 53 molding machines ranging from 62 to 1400 tons. We are able to produce products up to 9 Kg.
GAS ASSISTED INJECTION
Thanks to our nitrogen production system, we are able to take advantage of GIT technology. Optimizing at the same time the production cycle and the technical characteristics of the product.
ROBOTS
Our machines are equipped with 3 axes robots to ensure maximum production efficiency. Thanks to dedicated applications, we are able to handle any type of product.
TRANSPORT SERVICE
Transport service with own vehicles with a range from 90q to 160q.
360° PLASTIC MATERIALS
We work with technical polymers such as PA, POM, PBT, PC and standard PE, PP, PS, ABS. We also mold thermoplastic elastomers such as TPE, TPV and PUR.
PACKAGING LINES
Our automatic packaging lines allow us to quickly produce kits of mixed components ready to be shipped to the end-user.
COVERED WAREHOUSE
Internal storage service at our warehouses covering an area of 5,000 square meters and batch traceability by barcode (CODE 39).
24h PRODUCTION
To ensure the shortest possible delivery time, our production is active 24h/5 (non-stop)
MOLDS MANUFACTURING
Our mold workshop is at your disposal for the design and manufacture of molds for presses up to 500 tons.
